Title explains it all. Give me no more than 5 vehicles. I guess for a challenge make them all different bodystyles. Just show me things that went into production that make you giddy and say “gimme!” Here are mine:

The entire reason for me posting this. I need a BMW M6 Gran Coupe with the gitdim 6-speed manual!!! It’s an option in the US (maybe Canada too) but it’s sooo hard to even find because everyone lists dual clutches as manauls!! I just...need.

Land Rover Defender. Gotta be the double cab pickup, I’m a family man. We better get the next Defender in the US, I’m sick of Wranglers and G-Units.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive in the high visibility blue chrome. Because I’m all about safety and economy. Mmm, 751 hp (I think peak torque is also in the 700s), AWD, and 155 miles of range. It was like $600k to start!!

Look at all these things I can’t have!! How about you?

Ranked most likely to least likely...

JDM 4th gen Prelude (preferably a 94-96 for maximum interior insanity) with an H22, a factory LSD, and absolutely nothing else. No airbags, no sunroof, no 4WS. They exist! They’ll be importable within the next month or two, and they’re fairly affordable because there’s not much demand for them.

2. Honda Accord/Torneo Euro-R. A 4-door Prelude, more or less. Not importable until 2025, when I’ll be pushing 40 and hopefully having a small family. I’d either be the cool dad or the try-hard hipster dad with one of these.

3. R32 GT-R. Because duh.

Citroen 2CV, preferably a pre - 1961 model, but my next choice would be a ‘61-’69:

VW Beetle, preferably a patina’d oval window with a roof rack and a 1300cc motor:

MG Midget:

Not the Midget above, althpugh I’d take that one, but one particular Midget which got me interested in European cars. Preferably a MKIII with the 1275cc or an early MKI with the 948cc.

VW Bus/Vanagon:

My choice would be a ‘61 Split Window with a Dormobile conversion in patina’d white over mouse grey with a dual carb 1200 or 1300 cc motor.

Citroen DS:

I have no idea which model I’d choose; either a DS23 Pallas with thw Citroenmatic in light brown with a brown leather enterior or a frogeye DS in burgundy with a black interior.

Ssangyong Actyon Ute built as a full enduro race car, 300hp, NZ Touring Car brakes and tyres, full suspension work, but set up for road use with no cage as the work ute/tow vehicle.

Of course, these are just the cars that at some point I have seen a picture of and thought, “Wow, I hope I can own that someday.” This doesn’t disregard the awesomeness of a bunch of other cars I’d love to own, but these were just particularly magnetic since the moment I heard of/laid eyes on them.
